The CEO Zinox computers sues for peace
The CEO of Zinox Computers, Mr. Leo Stan Ekeh has sued for peace following the demolition of the popular Ekeukwu Owerri market and the loss of lives and property from the incident. He made this announcement while making a pledge of N50 million to those who were affected by the crisis and families of those who lost their lives.
Speaking through the head of the Leo Stan Ekeh (LSE) Foundation, Mr. Niyi Onabanjo, Mr. Ekeh said that he would work with an already set up implementation committee and the leadership of the market association to identify those directly affected by the demolition to execute the disbursement to them. This process, he hopes, will not last more than two weeks and the money disbursed within 21 days.
According to Mr. Onabanjo, Mr. Leo Stan recently awarded a multi-million Naira contract for the refurbishment of practical entrepreneurship centre in Owerri which will be commissioned in November. Through this project, Mr. Ekeh hopes to invite top players in the IT industry like Google, Microsoft, HP, IBM, and CISCO to inspire Imo youths. If successful, he hopes to replicate this project in other regions.
